- Fluent/high level of Norwegian or Swedish
- Respond to customer inquiries (Memcare Notify and Memcare Partner) and analyze customer needs
- Talk to our customers whether on the phone, through online chat or Skype, answering their questions and forwarding them to our development team
- Working with startup of new customers together with the development team, ensuring the customers gets what they ordered
- Provide feedback to management regarding particular clients and prospects
- Great self-management skills; self-driven, productive, reliable, dependable & pro-active
- Strong teamwork skills, ability to learn and teach
- Good Verbal/written communication skills in English, multiple languages will be a strong advantage
